The Role:

Do you have experience in B2B client engagement, or are in the insolvency industry and looking for a career change?

We are looking to recruit an Account Executive to join our team.

As an Account Executive, you’ll be a key player in executing sales strategies and driving growth for the business in the UK and internationally. You will be focused on converting our existing clients from our desktop product to our new cloud-based platform, managing relationships with customers, leading sales campaigns for new products and services, and representing Turnkey at key industry events.

Turnkey offers hybrid working with 2 days at home and 3 days based in our office in East Kilbride, Glasgow, where you will be able to work closely with the wider Sales and Marketing team.

Specifically, the role will be focused on the following:

  • Work with the Commercial Director to deliver on sales strategy, growth plans and to continuously improve our sales processes
  • Engage with our existing client base with a view to convert them to IPS Cloud through a series of engagements, follow ups and document completion
  • Manage clients through the pre-sales part of cloud onboarding, using appropriate systems and documentation, with a view to continuously improve all elements
  • Account management of live IPS Cloud clients through regular check-ins
  • Be a CRM custodian and liaise with marketing to help optimise the system for sales effectiveness
  • Work with marketing to deliver sales campaigns (IPS Cloud, partner products, services, webinars etc)
  • Managing new business opportunities that come via our digital inbound channels
  • Manage a pipeline of existing clients (SQL and Cloud), by remaining in regular contact, thus building relationships and facilitating client satisfaction
  • Deliver introductory sales demos (20 min high level overview) to prospects and clients
  • Be aware of and promote partner products to prospects and clients
  • Keep up to date with product developments and relay these to our client base
  • Liaise with different departments within Turnkey to help customers get the information they need and ensure a positive client experience

Key skills and attributes:

  • 2+ years’ experience working in Insolvency or in a B2B sales-based role e.g. lead generation, account management (preferably in the cloud services or technology sector)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferable
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Skilled in presenting product details persuasively throughout sales interactions
  • Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, IPS Cloud services, and partner products is an advantage
