Overview, Skills & Responsibilities
Position Overview:
The postholder will design and develop engaging, effective digital learning experiences. The post holder will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s), developers and teams to create learning courses, training videos, interactive modules and other digital training materials that support organisational learning goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate all product developments via release notes and ensure training content is updated accordingly
- Develop engaging digital training content, including eLearning modules, instructional videos, smart Walk-Thrus, quizzes, and library pages
- Collaborate with SMEs and developers to gather content, define learning objectives, and ensure instructional integrity
- Use authoring tools (WalkMe & Camtasia) to create compliant training modules
- Ensure all content aligns with internal branding, accessibility, and quality standards
- Integrate and manage content within Learning Management Systems (IPS Cloud Training Academy)
- Assist with the future development of the Turnkey Academy
- Assist Support & Onboarding in training requirements for clients
Key Requirements:
- Degree in relevant subject desirable
- Previous experience in digital content creation or instructional design
- Proficiency in eLearning development tools and graphic/multimedia editing software
- Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Previous experience with interactive learning solutions beneficial
- Insolvency experience beneficial but not essential
