Overview
We’re looking for an AI Engineer to join our growing team and help deliver real-world AI solutions across our cloud insolvency platform and related products.
In this hands-on technical role, you’ll design, build, and deploy AI and automation features that make a tangible impact on how insolvency practitioner’s work. You’ll collaborate with our data and development teams to turn complex business challenges into intelligent, scalable solutions that improve efficiency and deliver measurable value to clients.
Key responsibilities and requirements:
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered features, agents and automation workflows
- Work closely with developers, data engineers, and product teams to integrate AI into production systems
- Identify opportunities where AI can drive innovation and operational improvement
- Translate business requirements into technical implementations using modern AI tools and cloud technologies
- Continuously evaluate and improve the performance and reliability of deployed models
- Educate and support teams in adopting AI tools and practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience with Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, or comparable AI integrations
- Hands-on experience building and managing AI agents, with strong Python skills and familiarity with key AI frameworks
- Experience delivering Gen-AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) projects
- Solid understanding of LLM behaviour, prompt engineering, data pipelines, APIs, and model deployment
- Experience with prompt engineering or frameworks like LangChain
- Knowledge of handling compliance-sensitive data in AI contexts
- A problem-solving mindset and a passion for creating impactful, user-focused solutions
