Insolvency Training Specialist – UK
The Role:
We are looking for a talented Insolvency Training Specialist to join our growing team and help create exciting training content to support our clients moving to IPS Cloud.
Day to day you’ll be working within the Training & Adoption team, developing written guidance and training tutorials for our new Turnkey Academy, as well maintaining an internal database of insolvency training for use by Turnkey staff. In addition, you’ll work closely with the development and product team to produce training content for new features as they are released.
You may also be required to provide support and onsite or online training for our client base.
Ideally, you’ll have a minimum of 2 years insolvency experience and experience using IPS (SQL or Cloud).
Key duties and responsibilities:
- The creation of clear and concise material, taking a user centric approach to break down technical information
- Embracing product change, using your industry knowledge to relay new feature information to our users
- Producing interactive guidance content and supporting video creation
- Collaborating with developers, testers, designers, and other technical experts to ensure accurate information is captured and documented
- Testing the IPS Cloud product and providing feedback on any issues as we evolve the platform.
- Providing support of the IPS Cloud platform on an ad hoc basis

- Prioritisation and organisational skills
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Skills it’s nice to have:
- Degree educated
- At least 2-3 years’ experience within an insolvency practice
- Experience using IPS SQL and/or Cloud
